Randy's more bemused than anything, knowing that it's because they haven't actually played anything yet. But it's a bar, and people are drinking, and so he just shrugs it off as something that happens.
Once they do start, however, knowing the first song he's chosen, it would be a surprise. Most people are in for a surprise when they find out the kind of music he gravitates toward. Dee Snider he's not, but when he's on stage may be the only time Randy isn't the quiet one.
