Brendan is already half out of his chair. He might not get to be Randy's loyal partner (that'd be Tara), but he is that guy. The guy who handles all the other stuff. And he knows what his friend needs.

With a nod at Deanna, who has been around him long enough to understand these things, Brendan swipes a bottle of water from the bar and manuevers his way to go find his friend. He knows that Randy will be fine. He just needs time and space.

Randy's too good a guy to be kept down for too long.
